We operate on a PRE ORDER System. Your purchase will be shipped ONLY AFTER completion of the processing of your order.

(2-7 Days) (Please be aware that some banking institutions may not process during weekends and/or holidays.)
For Example orders received on Tuesday, the funds should be paid to us by Thursday, and orders received on a Friday are paid to us by Tuesday/Wednesday. If a holiday is on a Monday, payments for orders placed on Friday would not arrive to us until around Thursday. ( Using Stripe )
SHIPPING TERMS:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS.
Once shipped, please allow atleast 3 Days for your item to be delivered upon completion of processing. ( Please be aware that some mailing carriers may not process during weekends and/or holidays.)
For Natural Color hair please allow at least 7-16 business days to arrive after order is placed.

once your order has been processed.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Once correct shipping information has been verified, orders will be shipped.
We will NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Gorgeous Queenz Collection CAN NOT be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer (giving wrong or incomplete address), shipping carriers or holidays. We are not responsible for packages lost by postage.
